Yearly renewal: ₹2,999 + GST, covering the tracker, refreshed files and repeat trainings. Licence filings and certified courses are not part of the renewal.

Government fees for each filing are billed at actual cost as a separate line, without GST. Approval and timelines are decided by the respective authority.
Questions clinics ask
Will my licence be approved?
Approval is decided only by the licensing authority. For filing add-ons, we prepare and submit your application correctly and follow it up, but we cannot promise an outcome or a timeline.
Are your certificates government recognised?
Our staff trainings end with a ClinicOps training completion certificate, which records that each staff member finished the course. BLS certification is issued under the American Heart Association through IIEMS, our accredited partner, after an in-person skills session.
How is everything delivered?
All files are softcopies with your clinic's name, sent by WhatsApp and email. Trainings run online. Only BLS is held in person.
Do you serve clinics outside Telangana?
Yes. ClinicOps serves clinics across India. Display files and forms follow common national requirements; state rules can differ, and the mock inspection report points out anything specific to your state.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
No. All payments are final and non-refundable, and orders cannot be cancelled after payment. Please read the package details before paying. See our refund and cancellation policy.
